NO FISCAL IMPACT
Section 1 conforms statute to practice and results in no fiscal impact.
Sections 2 and 3 results in no fiscal impact to the state as grants for magnet schools are provided within available appropriations.
House “A” strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal impact and replaces it with the fiscal impact described above.
