Explanation

The bill requires the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) to distribute and collect certain disclosure forms, which has no fiscal impact as this is administrative in nature.

House “A” strikes the language in the underlying bill and eliminates the cost associated with allowing sober living homes to register with DMHAS, and results in the impact described above.
