LRRC - Approved with Technical Corrections & Deletions

A motion was made by Representative Becker and seconded by Representative O'Neill to approve the regulation in whole with technical corrections. The motion passed on a voice vote.

Representative Becker stated that there's a process by which a person can become a participant but it was unclear how they would go about doing that. He had a discussion with PURA and they stated that the process is set forth in the procedural requirements of the notice of the proceeding that's described in section 16-1-34(b) of the regulations before the committee. Representative Becker stated that he just wanted people to know the location if they wanted to request permission.
