A motion was made by Representative Aman, seconded by Representative Simanski to open the agenda for the limited purposes of removing Item III 1, Proposed House Bill 5239 from the agenda and to place the concept “An act concerning funds remitted to municipalities for the enforcement of moving violations” on the Agenda under IV “Concepts To Be Raised” as item # 34. A voice vote was taken. The motion carried. Senator Osten stated that votes would be held open until the start of the Public Hearing.

A motion was made by Representative Aman, seconded by Representative Rojas to form a consent calendar for Section IV items 1 through 34 Concepts To Be Raised. Senator Osten asked for a voice vote. The motion carried. Senator Osten stated that votes would be held open until the start of the Public Hearing.

A motion was duly made and seconded to recess the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 AM.
