'AN ACT CONCERNING BENEFITS PAYABLE FOR ASSESSMENTS TO DETERMINE A DIAGNOSIS OF A CONDITION AND RELATED CONSULTATIONS', to prohibit limits on the number of visits to assess an insured for a diagnosis of a condition and to require health insurance coverage for consultations with certain health care providers during the assessment for a diagnosis of a condition and after a diagnosis of a mental or nervous condition.

S.B. No. 100 (RAISED) GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION AND ELECTIONS . 'AN ACT CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION BENEFITS', to change the minimum eligibility for unemployment compensation benefits from five hundred dollars or less to two thousand dollars or less earned during the claimant's base period.

S.B. No. 102 (RAISED) LABOR AND PUBLIC EMPLOYEES . 'AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION AWARDS AND ATTORNEY FEES', to require a health insurer who files suit against an employer that contested an employee's claim for workers' compensation to transfer twenty per cent of any amount recovered to the claimant.
