Explanation
The amendment results in potential minimal savings to certain municipalities by modifying the thresholds needed to qualify for a four-year moratorium on the affordable housing land use appeals procedure.
To the extent that certain municipalities participate in fewer legal hearings as a result, there would be potential minimal savings to such municipalities associated with reduced legal and administrative expenses.
