"AN ACT ADJUSTING THE STATE BUDGET FOR THE BIENNIUM ENDING JUNE 30, 2017. "

In line T990, strike "16,558,270" and insert "16,641,477" in lieu thereof

In line T1005, strike "45,103,676" and insert "45,705,925" in lieu thereof

In line T1065, strike "34,690,424" and insert "34,864,748" in lieu thereof

In line T1068, strike "60,508,395" and insert "60,812,457" in lieu thereof

In line T1072, strike "11,231,850" and insert "11,381,824" in lieu thereof

In line T1151, strike "26,681,944" and insert "26,816,024" in lieu thereof

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (Effective July 1, 2016) Notwithstanding section 9-701 of the general statutes, the sum of $ 1,447,896 shall be transferred from the Citizens' Election Fund and credited to the resources of the General Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, for the purpose of increasing equalization aid grants during said fiscal year for the following towns: Ansonia, Bristol, Manchester, Meriden, Milford and Windham, to the levels of such grants for such towns for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016. Grants paid out of the Citizens' Election Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, shall be reduced proportionally by the amount of $ 1,447,896. "

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
