REASONS FOR BILL:

This raised bill is to require the Department of Education to study issues relating to education in the state. The report concerning the results of the study of issues relating to education in the state, shall be submitted no later than May 20, 2017, to the Joint Standing Committee of the General Assembly with cognizance of matters relating to Education.
