AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CRAFT ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DISTILLER PERMIT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 30-16 of the general statutes be amended to establish a craft alcoholic liquor distiller permit to allow small distilleries producing up to one thousand gallons per year to sell alcoholic liquor in conjunction with tours at its permitted premises.

Statement of Purpose:

To encourage the small business of craft alcoholic liquor distilleries.
