AN ACT CONCERNING COMPUTER SCIENCE COURSES AND THE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (c) of section 10-221a of the general statutes be amended to allow computer science courses to count as credit toward the mathematics or science requirements.

Statement of Purpose:

To encourage computer science courses in schools.
