AN ACT ALLOWING THE SALE OF CONNECTICUT MANUFACTURED BEER AND SPIRITS AT FARMERS' MARKETS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to create a farmers' market beer and spirits permit to allow the sale of Connecticut manufactured beer and spirits at farmers' markets.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow the sale of Connecticut manufactured beer and spirits at farmers' markets.
