AN ACT ALLOWING MICROBREWERIES TO SELL KEGS OF BEER TO CONSUMERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to allow small beer manufacturers to sell kegs of beer directly to consumers.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow small beer manufacturers to sell kegs of beer directly to consumers.
