AN ACT REQUIRING BREWERIES AND WINERIES TO PROVIDE NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ALTERNATIVES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to require breweries and wineries that are open to the public and have alcoholic liquor available for purchase be required to also offer nonalcoholic drinks for purchase.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide nonalcoholic beverage alternatives to guests of breweries and wineries.
