OFA Fiscal Note
The bill requires the Child Advocate and child fatality review panel to create and submit certain reports concerning child fatalities to the General Assembly. There is no fiscal impact arising from these requirements.
Senate “A” struck the underlying bill and created an Infant and Toddler Services Board resulting in a potential cost of less than $1,000 per year to various affected agencies.
Senate “B” struck the underlying bill as amended and has no fiscal impact, as noted above.
