AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN BRANDY BY FARM WINERIES.

SUMMARY:

This bill allows a farm winery permittee to sell from its premises brandy made from grapes or other fruit grown on site but distilled off site. Under current law, a farm winery may not sell brandy it did not manufacture.

EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon passage
