OFA Fiscal Note
The amendment makes the provision of a health program by district departments of health and municipal health departments within these departments' available appropriations. The Department of Public Health's responsibilities associated with measuring and tracking whether departments that choose to implement this program are meeting program requirements remains unchanged.
