"AN ACT CONCERNING WORKING FAMILIES' WAGES. "

In line 15, after "2016," insert "or the date on which the average unemployment rate of the state as reported by the Labor Commissioner on the first day of July for the latest available twelve-month period is less than or equal to the average unemployment rate of the nation as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics during the same twelve-month period, whichever is later,"
