Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-801, 12-806 and section 12-806c of the 2014 supplement to the general statutes be repealed for the purpose of rescinding the authority of the Connecticut Lottery Corporation to introduce keno in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the state's dependence on funding generated by gambling and protect those who have addictions by repealing the authorization of Keno gambling in Connecticut.
