AN ACT REPEALING THE HOSPITALS TAX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 211a of the general statutes be repealed.

Statement of Purpose:

To reduce the cost of health care in Connecticut, improve access to services and retain jobs.
