"AN ACT CONCERNING EXPENDITURES AND REVENUE FOR THE BIENNIUM ENDING JUNE 30, 2015. "

In line T514, strike "2,322,513,826" and insert "2,307,513,826" in lieu thereof and strike "2,069,136,668" and insert "2,054,136,668" in lieu thereof

In line T534, strike "134,243,423" and insert "341,500,000" in lieu thereof and strike "0" and insert "182,200,000" in lieu thereof

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (Effective July 1, 2013) Notwithstanding the Revised SEBAC Agreement, approved by the General Assembly on August 22, 2011: (1) Wage increases for all state employees, whether or not subject to collective bargaining agreements, shall be eliminated for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2014, and June 30, 2015, (2) longevity payments for all state employees subject to collective bargaining agreements shall be suspended for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2014, and June 30, 2015, (3) increases to longevity payments for all managerial state employees shall be eliminated, (4) contributions made by state employees to the State Employees Retirement System shall be increased by two per cent.

Sec. 502. (Effective July 1, 2013) The amounts specified in lines T832, T833 and T834 of this act shall be adjusted to reflect a total Statewide Hiring Reduction lapse increase of $ 30,000,000 for each of the fiscal years ending June 30, 2014, and June 30, 2015.

Sec. 503. (Effective July 1, 2013) Each hospital receiving state aid is authorized to use all appropriate means to maximize federal revenue. "

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
