"AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE STATUTES. "

Strike subsection (e) of section 1 in its entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof:

"(e) No motor vehicle operator's license issued pursuant to this section shall be used as identification for voting purposes. Such license shall differ from standard motor vehicle operator's licenses in color and layout. "
