OFA Fiscal Note
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal impact.
Instead, the amendment specifies that certain operators of OWF's will not be eligible for rebates or incentives from the Connecticut Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority (CCEFIA) unless the OWF's were installed, upgraded, or refurbished on or before certain dates. The extent of funds available in the CCEFIA fund and the eligibility of applicants at the time of application cannot be determined at this time.
The preceding Fiscal Impact statement is prepared for the benefit of the members of the General Assembly, solely for the purposes of information, summarization and explanation and does not represent the intent of the General Assembly or either chamber thereof for any purpose.
