OFA Fiscal Note
The amendment reduces the General Fund revenue gain in the underlying bill by increasing the portion of certain mortgage fees remitted to the Community Investment Account.
The amendment also eliminates wage increases for non-union employees which is anticipated to result in savings of $17.6 million in FY 14 and $38.0 million in FY 15.
