AN ACT REQUIRING NEWBORN SCREENING FOR ADRENOLEUKODYSTROPHY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 19a-55 of the general statutes be amended to require newborn screening for adrenoleukodystrophy.

Statement of Purpose:

To require that newborns be screened for adrenoleukodystrophy.
