AN ACT PROHIBITING EAR PIERCING OF YOUNG CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit any person from piercing the ear of a person age twelve or younger.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the ear piercing of children who are twelve years of age and younger.
