AN ACT CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OR POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prohibit persons barred from purchasing or possessing a firearm from purchasing or possessing ammunition.

Statement of Purpose:

To prohibit persons barred from purchasing or possessing a firearm from purchasing or possessing ammunition.
