The new language strikes all previous language in the bill.


The Department of Economic and Community Development will look at development for entrepreneurial programs for the next generation of oyster harvesters around the Thimble Islands and Pawson park. The Department of Transportation shall comment on the feasibility of such a program not more than sixty days after one has been submitted.


The Department of Public Health shall study the health effects of eating certain types of oysters between 2 and 3 inches


The sum of $50,000 shall be appropriated to the Department of Economic and Community Development to cover the costs of the study.
