Explanation

The bill results in a revenue gain of less than $5,000 to the Department of Consumer Protection by providing for a ninety day provisional permit for the manufacture of alcoholic liquor in addition to retail sale.

House “A” (LCO 8691) struck the original bill and its underlying fiscal impact and resulted in the impact described above.
