NO FISCAL IMPACT

The amendment, which requires the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) to submit a report to the Environment Committee regarding various revenue sources for remediation of the Raymark Superfund site in Stratford by January 1, 2013, does not result in a fiscal impact.
