Reduces Cost in Bill
less than $20, 000
The amendment alters the underlying bill by requiring that non-certified school employees be trained about bullying, biennially, rather than annually. It is anticipated that this change would reduce the cost of the underlying bill by less than $20, 000 in FY 13 (as training would only be required in FY 12) . Additionally, the amendment would eliminate the cost of training for non-certified school employees every other year, going forward.
