The amendment adjusts taxation and spending as illustrated in the tables below. The amendment is under the spending cap by $193.8 million in FY 12 and $283.9 million in FY 13.
As a consequence of the changes indicated above, the growth rate for all appropriated funds is 3.46% over FY 11 estimated expenditures in FY 12 and 1.24% in FY 13.
