RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION TO PROVIDE FOR NO EXCUSE ABSENTEE VOTING.
Resolve by this Assembly:
That section seven of Article sixth of the Constitution be amended to eliminate the limited circumstances for which the General Assembly may provide for voting by absentee ballot.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that a voter give a reason for voting absentee.
