Substitute Language: Amendment “A” limits the length of time images may be retained. If no case was prosecuted, the recording would be disposed of within 90 days. Amendment “B” amends Section 3 in order to permit a local or regional board of education to seek reimbursement from the Office of Policy and Management for (1) the cost of equipping school buses with a live digital video school bus violation detection monitoring system, and (2) the cost of operating and maintaining such system.
