Explanation

The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal impact. Instead, it results in the impact described below:

Implementing the provisions of the amendment to perform full review of municipal permit applications will result in an ongoing cost to the Department of Transportation (DOT) of $240, 199 in FY 10 and thereafter which consists of $191, 500 for three staff positions and $48, 699for fringes. The table below presents the number and type of positions for each.
