AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF DEADLY PHYSICAL FORCE IN DEFENSE OF PREMISES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 53a-20 of the general statutes be amended to establish a presumption that it is reasonable for a person to believe that the use of deadly physical force is necessary to defend himself or herself against another person who has unlawfully entered such person's dwelling.
