AN ACT PERMITTING LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPISTS TO OFFER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THEIR HOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any municipality from enacting an ordinance that would infringe upon the ability of the licensed massage therapist to render professional services in his or her home, provided such massage therapist operates the massage therapy business in conformity with all state laws and regulations.
Statement of Purpose:
To facilitate the rendering of professional massage therapy services.
