You asked for the town of residence of inmates currently incarcerated.
SUMMARY
According to the Department of Correction (DOC), there were 19,717 inmates incarcerated on March 12, 2008. Inmates report a town of residence at their time of admission. Table 1 displays the Connecticut towns with at least 100 inmates reporting them as their residence at the time of their admission to prison. In addition, there were 862 inmates with an out-of-state address that are not included in this list and 172 inmates did not have an address listed.
