Explanation
State Impact:
The Departments of Public Health and Mental Health and Addiction Services will incur indeterminate costs to develop a comprehensive plan for the reduction of smoking in adolescents and periodically assess progress in implementing the plan. No funding been included within either the House or Senate versions of the Revised FY 01 Appropriations Act for this purpose.
