MEETING MINUTES

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2001

4:00 PM in Hearing Room 2B

I. The meeting was called to order at 4:04 p.m. by Senator Louis C. DeLuca.

The following members were present:

Senators: Louis C. DeLuca 32

Representatives: Moira K. Lyons 146; Melody A. Currey 10; and

Arthur J. O’Neill 69

Absent: Nelson Brown,

Senators Kevin B. Sullivan 5; Joseph J. Crisco, Jr. 17; and David J. Cappiello 24

Representative Robert M.Ward 86;

II. Approval of corrected November 30, 2001 Commission Meeting Minutes.

A motion was made by Representative O’Neill and seconded by Representative Currey to approve the corrected November 30, 2001 commission meeting minutes. The motion was approved by a unanimous voice vote of the commission.

Senator DeLuca stated that work was still going on with the Congressional districts and the Reapportionment Commission would meet tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m.

A motion was made by Representative Currey and seconded by Representative O’Neill to adjourn the meeting. Senator DeLuca adjourned the meeting at 4:05 p.m.
