An Act Transferring Funds to Agencies with Projected Deficiencies for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 1999.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
The sum of $27,671,000 of the amount appropriated to the Department of Social Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999, for Medicaid, is transferred as follows:
