               PUBLIC ACT NO. 98-38


AN ACT CONCERNING THE SUPERVISION OF PROBATIONERS.


    Be  it  enacted  by  the  Senate  and House of
Representatives in General Assembly convened:
    (NEW)  No  person  convicted of a class B or C
felony  who  is  released  on  probation  may   be
supervised  while on probation except by probation
officers of the Office of Adult Probation.
