              SPECIAL ACT NO. 97-15


AN  ACT  CONCERNING  THE  TRANSFER OF CERTAIN LAND
UNDER THE CONTROL  OF  THE  DEPARTMENT  OF  MENTAL
HEALTH AND ADDICTION SERVICES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.


    Be  it  enacted  by  the  Senate  and House of
Representatives in General Assembly convened:
    The   Commissioner  of   Mental   Health   and
Addiction  Services shall  transfer  certain  land
under  his  control   to   the   control   of  the
Commissioner  of  Environmental  Protection  which
land is located  in  the town of Ledyard, is known
as # 42  Rose Hill Road, is contiguous to the Rose
Hill Wildlife Management  Area  and has an area of
approximately 86.7 acres.
