              SPECIAL ACT NO. 97-12


AN  ACT ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER WITH REGARD  TO  THE  CLAIM  OF  PARK
TRUCKING COMPANY.


    Be  it  enacted  by  the  Senate  and House of
Representatives in General Assembly convened:
    The     recommendation     of    the    Claims
Commissioner, file number 16066, that an award  of
twenty  thousand nine hundred twenty-three dollars
and sixty-five cents be granted to  Park  Trucking
Company  on  its claim against the state in excess
of seven thousand five hundred dollars, is  hereby
accepted  by  the  General  Assembly in accordance
with  the  provisions  of  section  4-159  of  the
general statutes.
