AN  ACT CONCERNING FEES IMPOSED BY WATER POLLUTION
CONTROL AUTHORITIES.


    Be  it  enacted  by  the  Senate  and House of
Representatives in General Assembly convened:
    (NEW) A water  pollution control authority may
establish a program  to  waive all of the interest
related to any  assessment  of  benefits  which is
delinquent on or before the effective date of this
act  under the  provisions  of  section  7-249  or
7-249a of the  general  statutes in return for the
prompt   payment  of   the   principal   of   such
assessment. Each waiver  program established under
this section shall  apply  the waiver to all users
of record.
