AN  ACT CONCERNING THE INDUSTRIAL FUND OF THE JOHN
R. MANSON YOUTH INSTITUTION.


    Be  it  enacted  by  the  Senate  and House of
Representatives in General Assembly convened:
    Sections   18-70  and  18-71  of  the  general
statutes are repealed.
