2011 Mid-Connecticut Resources Recovery Facility Transfer Project

This short-term project was to identify a process that would be used to transfer ownership of the Mid-Connecticut Resources Recovery Facility (Mid-CT plant) from the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority (CRRA) to the State of Connecticut, as well as any impediments to such a transfer.

Status

Committee staff completed the staff memo and distributed it to the PRI committee in May 2011.
