2009 Alignment of Postsecondary Education and Employment

This study examined whether a formal alignment mechanism exists in Connecticut to match the production of skilled graduates from the state's higher education institutions with the current and projected workforce needs of the state's employers, and explored alignment and efficacy of particular strategies in selected occupations.
