Re:   Notice of Meeting, Wednesday, September 23 1998, at 4:00 p.m. Agenda.

A meeting of the Law Revision Commission Advisory Committee on Confidentiality of Medical Records has been set for Wednesday, September 23, 1998, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Hearing Room 1A in the Legislative Office Building, Hartford, CT.

The Agenda is as follows:

1. Approval of minutes of September 9 meeting. (Attachment A.)

2. Review of sections 2-101 through 2-105 of Uniform Act.

3 Other business.

(i) a Connecticut privacy bill, raised bill 5704, considered during the 1996 legislative session,

(xi) a memo from me with a list of Connecticut health care licensure categories.
