MEMORANDUM

A meeting of the Law Revision Commission Advisory Committee on Confidentiality of Medical Records has been set for Wednesday, December 2, 1998, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Hearing Room 1A in the Legislative Office Building, Hartford, CT. The Agenda is as follows:

1. Approval of minutes of November 18 meeting. (Attachment A.)

2. Presentation by and discussion with Margo Goldman re Massachusetts initiative and federal efforts. (Please bring Handout marked "Latest Massachusetts Bill November 18, 1998".)

3. Other business.
