A meeting of the Law Revision Commission Advisory Committee on Confidentiality
of Medical Records has been set for Wednesday, December 16, 1998, from 4:00 p.m. to
6:00 p.m. in Hearing Room 1A in the Legislative Office Building, Hartford, CT. The
Agenda is as follows:
1. Approval of minutes of December 2 meeting. (Attachment A.)
2. Presentation by and discussion with Provider Group (Jeanette Schreiber et al)
re flow of information and provider concerns.
3. Other business.
Enclosed are a revised Working Draft, a copy of a letter received from K. King
Burnett, and a copy of an email received from Jan McDavid on behalf of the Association of
Health Information Outsourcing Services.
